    Ya, you can buy IPA in a pharmacy in Litre bottles. Or maybe it's 500ml.
    Handiest (but not cheapest-per-litre) way of getting some for infrequent use.

    Pharmacies usually have it. Get a big bottle, it has many uses.

    To clean screens I just use white vinegar in a spray bottle and a cloth.

    Undiluted but if you like you can of course mix it 50/50, preferably with deionised water.

    That mentions not to use vinegar but I've never had any issues ever.

    Don't spray on the screen, spray the solution on the cloth and then wipe.
    This way the screen won't get too "wet".
