    It's not a generic process - what sort of mic?
    A return to the factory is the most likely solution.

    There's nobody I know of re-ribboning in Ireland.

    Stewart Tavener from http://www.xaudia.com re-ribboned my old RCA 77DX recently. Did a good job & was pretty reasonable.
