Is the computer working when plugged into a wall?

Yeah, works fine when connected to the wall

i reckon it's your battery that's given up,so most likely you should get a replacement.

I have two batteries for the laptop and both of them are not getting charged.

I don't think it is the battery but more todo with the laptop

could be the charger or the motherboard , try getting a loan of another charger to rule that out first.

Open Power Manager and see what it says about the health of the batteries - compare 'design capacity' to 'full charge capacity'.

You may need to do a battery gauge reset.
