Some rads not heating.

I have a new gas heating system which I have switched on only this week. Two of the rads are not heating up – they just warm slightly, even when at the top setting. What might cause this?

System may need balancing, close all rads except to poor ones to see if they heat fully, if so balance is required.
If new, ask the installer to return and address it.
