How do I go about claiming back tax from doctor visits?what is the time frame allowed?i.e how far can I go back,What form do I need?and will I have to post the actual receipts recieved as proof or can I make copies? Also how long will it take to process?

Go to the source. Link below is revenue's guide to medical expenses and tax relief. You can go back four years (to 2008) Easiest and quickest way is online through your PAYE Anytime account. If all is order, a review is automatically processed within 48 hours. If a refund is due it should issue 3 days later. You do not need to send receipts. However you need to have them in case proof is ever requested.
