Tesco Wine Offer on NOW ** 25% off any 6 bottles **

Its on for just one week, from 26th. September to 2nd. October. This discount replaces the 5% off any 6 bottles, although you can use it with any wine already on offer.

Note if you get the €12 Meal Deal (which includes a bottle of wine), you also get the wine 25% discount on the list price of the wine, i.e. I got the meal deal yesterday including a "€15.99" bottle of wine, along with 5 other bottles. The 25% discount is applied to the list price, knocking €4 off that bottle, making the meal deal effectively €8. This should also work on the €20 pizza+DVD+ice cream+wine deal they have running as well, making it effectively €17.25 as it includes an €11 bottle of wine.

Sounds good, I assume you got 25% off the other 5 bottles as well?

when they went into my basket it didn't knock the 25% off but it said that it wouldn't so that was ok - but even after I had paid it didn't take the discount off, did this happen to anyone else?

Think they only apply discount when it's delivered.

I assume this applies only to online orders? I noticed too when 'checking out' online the 25% wasn't discounted, but placed the order anyway and will check the receipt and follow up if needs be.

Did you have the required 6 bottles? It was deducted at the end of my receipt ok.

check out the vielle fontaine red. it's priced at €4 but works out at €3 when you buy 6. it got a glowing review in the irish examiner a few saturdays ago. i sampled a bottle last night. nice and smooth.

Did you get the 25% off in the end? I have just gone online to purchase 12 bottles and no discount is applying at checkout/payment. Not even 5%.

If I add on 2 for 1 box of Budweiser to test it the discount comes off the end.

Meh, they've jacked the price of Faustino V to €16.99 instead of the usual €12 or so they tend to have it for which makes the 25% off pretty worthless. Though I suspect that means they'll be doing the regular "deal price" of €10 on it soon...
