Hey, so I dont know where else to write to so ill give this a shot.

Im in america for 3 months and last week, about 6 days ago i got really bad chest pains that went after a while. Im a healthy enough 23 yr old girl and had a doc check before i came over here...all good.

Thing is, i get bad anxiety sometimes. so i assumed this had something to do with it. as i said it went away. i was off travelling and socialising last wknd and not a bother on me....but the chest pains came back last night and havnt gone away since, and its like the more i think about it the longer and more painful it is??

i would go to a doctor, but they're so bloody expensive over here!!! i literally cant afford it.

i have no problem taking long breaths, breathing, im not coughing up blood or anything like that but the pain is really bad, especially when i lie down!

does any1 at all have any clue of what this colud be or would u say its just anxiety??
id really appreciate someones advice as im in america on my own, and im actually scaring myself into a panic!!

    thanks

I'm afraid we can't give out medical advice on Boards, and while I do appreciate that there are financial issues involved you really need to see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
