    What exactly is Musgraves that opened on September 17th this year in Waterford? I saw it on a billboard on the drive into the city. Thanks

    The Cash and Carry. Musgraves have been in Waterford for a long time. They just moved to a new premises. They used to be up on Keane's Road.

    na, its always been trade only, if your registered for vat you can set up an account no problem :)
