Did anyone see this at ploughing or do they how i can get in contact with company that make them.It is a bar for chainsaw that lets you cut branches of without damaging bark .Have to put inspection paths through 60 acres of conifers and this tool might make it easier.

    It certainly looks interesting.

I was thinking of making something along the same lines in aluminium, but these guys have done a lot of the R&R that I'd likely have had to do to make it work.
I've 'signed up' for a 15" one to go on the 550, so time will tell if it's truly useful or not.

They have what appears to be the slowest website in the world:

How much does it cost to buy one. Would make life alot easier if it worked

Don't hold me to this, but I seem to remember a sum of around €70 being mentioned.
It'd vary according to the particular saw and what length bar you were getting though, the system is supplied as a bar with the guides fitted and a chain.

Well done to the lad who came up with this idea. Looks like it makes brashing a little safer and easier.

I dont know how it would work as a limber but that looks like a great idea for kickback.
    Even with a normal chain
