Anyone have an idea of a release date and price range?

Reports vary, but it seems it'll be available sim free by mid October for approx €480 - €510. Apparently will be priced cheaper than the lumia 920. Keep an eye on Engadget Mobile I would say. If it does end up being €100 cheaper than the lumia then it may tempt me!

I had the pleasure of holding one today at a microsoft event today.....it was a non powered version, but it felt really nice, great size nice and thin. They also had the Samsung Ativ s....which is obviously bigger but really (and surprisingly) light. It had a lovely bright screen.

They had no details on price though :0(
