    No idea if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.
    Does anyone know off hand if VHI (Plan B) covers physiotherapy is refereed by GP?

    I don't think the vhi plan b will cover this. From memory they have a high amount that for out patient visits ie doctor visit, physo visit ect.
    I would contact the vhi before starting any treatment.
    If you are having physo treatment after an operation ask your doctor or consultant for the vhi procedure no - every operation has this & than ring the vhi to see if this is covered along with the physio treatment after.
    If the vhi does not cover this you should be able to claim back 20% of the cost on the med one form - keep all receipts.

    HIgh outpatient excess before you get money back. You'd need many many visits before getting money back. Change your plan at renewal to a more suitable one.
