Braces Coming off in 1 month :P

    Hey Im getting my braces off in one month after having them on for 2.5 years but my teeth aren't white and i want to get them as white as possible before getting them off I brush 3 times a day with pearl drops any tips will be helpful

    Firstly Andy often the braces and surrounding areas of tooth look very yellow when the braces have been on a while, the elastic bands that hold on the wire and the glue that sticks the bracket to the tooth discolor and make things look poor, when its all removed and polished up it can look 100 times better. Keeping them clean is a help and prevents white spots around the brackets but this staining will not be shifted with toothpaste.

    On a side note, these lovely teeth that you have work so hard for need full face protection when your airlifting, so a mesh lower face mask if you not wearing one already, a BB will take out a tooth given half a chance ;)
