Part-time Christmas work?

    Where are the best places to look for part-time Christmas work for the likes of students? I'm thinking evening/weekend sort of thing? Dunne stores, boots, is there many more?

    you should defo try waitressing in a hotel/resturante cause of xmas parties etc or as a porter. debenhams are always looking for part time or full time at xmas, look up jobs.ie. just try anywere & everywhere tbh! good luck with it:)

    NI is in GB.

    Be careful with Argos my friend work there last year and only got a 8 hour contract. They use to bring them in over 2 days for 4 hours. She thought she would get more hours but nobody did.

    A lot of shops are hiring around Christmas time. I would go around your area as many jobs aren't advertised online and ask the manager if they are hiring for Christmas and what hours are they looking to fill. If you want to try online you are better off going to the website for the actual shop. Jobs.ie is okay, but it has way to many people looking on it and some of the jobs have been up there for months.
    Penneys is hiring in Blanchardstown now, and so is HMV. Try other places and usually McDonald's always has some jobs posted online.
