Black tie ball - Plus size gown

Hey! I have a black tie work christmas party coming up and am looking for a new dress! I'm a size 22-24 and am having trouble finding something.. The ball tends to be very dressy (I'm talking BT's and Ivory Closet dresses and held in the Shelbourne!) and some of the dresses are like WOW! Not really mad about anything I've seen in Debenhams or Monsoon etc. and websites like Simply Be or Asos just dont seem fancy enough.

I know I'm being really fussy but this is the type of dress I'd be looking for:

- but the reviews I've read on the website havent been great. Does anyone know of any reputable websites to buy from or even some shops that get these kind of dresses in from the US or somewhere? I'd be looking at spending 200-300 quid.
