if its any use to ya Carphone Warehouse are giving 25 free prints to use in Harvey Norman. Its on all the receipts so even if you buy credit you will get a voucher. I know it may not be what you're looking for but its free photos.

Yes Artscow are great, lots of free stuff (as you say pay for postage - rates at bottom of main page). Delivery can take awhile though from Hong Kong (China)
