Hi, I don't produce a lot of waste to be picked up. I'm with Panda. They have a flat yearly charge + pay-as-you-go but I'd be better served with a pure pay-as-you-go service with no flat charge. Does this exist and available in the Stillorgan area?

Dublin City Council Recycling Centres (various locations around Dublin) will charge you 4 euro for a full black sack of household waste.

Best to use the Giant black "wheelie bin" sacks.

This way you get rid of the most waste for your money.
