Nexus 7 - clockworkmod install?

I'm just after rooting and would like to install clockworkmod so that I can do a nandroid backup, flash roms etc.

Where can I download the files?

On xda I was told Rom manager was the one to use then another poster said not to use that and to use Goo manager.

I'm a little confused as I don't know if CWM files need to be downloaded separately or you can install them from Rom manager/goo manager?

I basically just want to do a nandroid backup so that I can mess around with different roms on my nexus to find one that suits.

    Thanks for any help.

    Ok figured it out.

Is there any way to get all my apps back in one go when I flash a new rom rather than having to go into playstore and downloading and arranging all the apps I want again?

Rom toolbox lite is better than titanium backup, can select all the apps you want instead doing them individually! :)

I've titanium pro so I'll use that to download them all in one go! Glad I bought it now when I did. Will come in handy for stuff like this.
