    I'm 5'4 small body frame but weigh 10 stone and my goal in 8 stone.
    My gym offers free personal trainers however they seem to come and go within the click of a finger and my program card constantly disappears. I am trying to custom my own fitness diagram starting from the start as I've become very unfit over the years, my program is as follows:

    - Start couch to 5k
    - 20 minutes on the cross trainer
    - 15 minutes on the stair master

    My gym lacks good floor space for floorwork so I doubt to be doing much of that but will be using weight machines. Is there any alterations/recommendations that you would make to this workout? I hope to do this 3-4 times per week.

    lift weights.

    Google 5x5 or starting strength and maybe have a go of that?

    Hey FueledbyAisling,
    Is losing weight your primary goal? If so, then diet has a major role to play. TBH your workout looks quite inefficient.

    Perhaps have a read over this thread and see if it interests you. If so, there are plenty of people here that can give you advice!
