    Hey, atm I have Samsung Galaxy Ace, and I am on meteor. Yesterday I got really pissed off with poor signal of meteor and same today I can't make a single call.
    So I decided to change both, phone and network.

    I am 19, I heard there is a network called 48 which is quite cheap?
    I was thinking of getting bill pay phone on vodafone but then realized it wont work out, I mean if I bill pay on vodafone then I have to stay on vodafone, while I want to be on 48.

    What would be my best option?
    I am thinking of Samsung galaxy S2

    Well my current phone is locked anywys, but I was thinking of getting new phone, but then again as said it's not possible to be on bill pay and not be with network right?
