Site suitability for wind turbine

Is there info online as to how to determine if a site is suitable for a wind turbine or not? Is the "wind report" category on maps.OSi.ie the bible or a good guide? If so, what is the minimum? I am looking for a very small house or a site to build a small house on, and it must be in a location where windpower can provide…

I am looking for a very small house or a site to build a small house on, and it must be in a location where windpower can provide for the electrical needs of the house. I think I have found a great house . . . . if it is a suitable location.
