JSA Question

I applied for JSA July 3rd and only just got a letter yesterday that I have been awarded and should go to the post office on Tuesday to pick up my money. My question are.. I just got a job on yesterday and am i still entitled to pick up the money on Tuesday? Will i still get all my back payment when i inform them next week…
