    hi,hope i posted in the right place.this is my problem,i have a 36 inch sharp aquos tv about 6 or 7 years old and when i turned it on yesterday the power indicator light went from red to green and then back to red after 5 seconds,no matter how many times i tried to switch it on i got the same result.is there any kind soul out there that can tell me what the problem is?.cheers

    Power supply has gone into protect mode. Needs a repair as the TV is trying to protect itself - a voltage is wrong or something like that.
