Online food diaries

Can anyone recommend any sites which have a food diary facility, preferably one where I can just write in what I eat myself rather than have to select from drop down menus.

I have been using the ones on Sparkpeople for a while but finding the closest thing to what I eat is getting very time consuming and the American measures are really putting me off.

I don't need anything with calories etc just something I can use to track my eating habits.

    thanks

might not be what you're looking for.. but surely a .txt document kept stored in a dropbox or a skyrive would do, you could edit it on the go with your phone or on another computer and it doesn't really get any simpler than a txt document

I use sparkpeople. They have most Irish and UK products, if you search under the food added by other people section.

myfitnesspal.com is really good, enter your food and exercise daily. I find it very useful

Or is your walking/running you can use the app mapmywalk/mapmyrun and they have a nutrition section also where you can log your food intake aswell as using it for your exercise
