Laptop for college, recommendations?

    Hey all,

    One of my mates is looking for a laptop for college and really, this is the best place to come for recommendations.

    His requirements aren't massive, just needs it for the following:
    - Music
    - Football Manager
    - Assignments (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/etc.)

    It should be able to last for at least 4 years and more with proper care, ideally a big enough HDD.

    If anyone has any laptop to recommend from personal experience/friend's experience that'd be great. Just really need something to point me in the right direction so I can do some research on them.
