Ghost Train

Entries must be submitted before the start of qualifying. No Exceptions.
Results at the end of the race stand.

In a team vs team battle the winner will be determined by points scored. If neither score any points the team with the highest placed car is the winner.
Race will be classified as wet if any driver uses non dry tyres

Grosjean & Maldonado Question, both need to finish race, be classified

So for Grojean and Maldonado, as long as its not a DNF but can have completed enough distance not to have a DNF even if they stop towards the end?
