    Hi

Is there any other way to cancel a direct debit on my current account, Ive gone into branch 3 times now to speak to customer services but the queues have been so long, with work and time constraints, I could not wait.

    Thanks

    Hi fox 1973,

You can cancel a direct debit with the company in question. Also, if you have Banking 365 you can cancel a direct debit online. When you log into Banking 365, you can select manage accounts and manage payees, if the direct debit is appearing there you can delete it.

    I hope this helps.
    Thanks
    Linda
