In my opinion no way , a mini is a cool car, the older the better tho, I saw a mini on wheeler dealer where they put a carbon fibre wrap on it, it looked so cool I nearly pissed myself .

I'm 6'5" with a beard and a beer belly so fairly unfeminine; this week I traded my Mini Clubman in for a Mini Convertible (both Cooper S) so I don't think they're designed For women particularly. In London (where I mostly live), I find that for Guys 30-40 they're a more common purchase than a Golf GTi as a fun car. In Dublin they seem to be bought by daddies for their little girls.

    Your choices are:

Get the car you love and enjoy driving it.

Don't get it in case some small minded knob in a 'felt spec Passat judges you.

If you care about such things, yes, in Ireland they are, because they are "cute". I'm a male Mini Cooper owner because I don't care about such things, and the Mini is actually really good under the styling.

I still have to fight Herself for the keys, and she usually wins.

I'd love a cooper s r53. Or the clubman. The handling of the r50/r53 is really good, fair play to BMW - they would have sold almost as well (here anyway) if they had been built as handbags on wheels.

As above, I look forward to driving her car!

A car is a car. Only small minded people class a car as a woman's/men's etc. Drive what you want and enjoy it.
