Can you transfer gym membership ??

Hi, The missus got a gym membership to Blnchardstown West Point, doesnt use it. Just wondering if her membership can be transfered over to my name ?.. Thanks in advance.

No idea of that particular gym, but I believe most gyms don't do that (or allow cancellation).

That said, it depends heavily on whether you paid up-front or it's a direct debit set up. Gyms will generally accommodate a direct debit customer (as you can stop the payments) but when you pay up front you generally get no leeway (though you do usually secure a discounted price and are made aware of that when paying).
