I am thinking of getting the Zoom Q3 Recorder.Anyone ever used it? What is the sound quality. Is there any way of adjusting audio as in something like pro tools.I use pro tools for audio, but am not sure how to mix sound and video.I am wondering if this might be an option,if not could anyone suggest a good way of making a video that works with pro tools.Thanks.

To mix sound and video, you'd have to use a video editing software like Sony Vegas. DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic) are for audio and AFAIK there's no way to edit video files within (most) DAWs.

I've used one a couple of times.

The sound quality is decent enough, nothing amazing. The image quality is no better than a mobile phone really.

Protools won't allow you edit video, what OS are you using on your computer?
