Find owner and business names

Had the car to a garage and as a result decided to ask for compensations (short story). Sent them the letter, didn't respond and want to open a SCC case against them. While I know the exact address, the problem is that the garage has no name displayed and I know the mechanics only by their first name. To start the case, I need the name of the garage and the full name of the owner, but can't find them and for sure they are not telling me these details.

Is there a way to find out the above without invloving a solicitor?

Go here: http://www.cro.ie/search/CompanySearch.aspx and try the address. Make sure you check company and business name.

Other than that get someone else to pretend they need something from them and ask for a business card or something like that.

Tried CRO already and got nowhere. As you say, guess I'll have someone to go there and ask the details.
