Has anyone ever actually studied the nutritional information on the back of a goodfellas delicia margarita pizza?

    12g of protein per 1/4 - excellent
    Low sugar
    Low saturated fat
    Average fibre
    Average salt...

Surely on that basis there is worse things we could be eating...

a lot of soccer teams eat pizza after games, according to Wenger its the toppings that make them unhealthy.

    Still, frozen pizzas....no.

Per quarter! If you eat an entire Ristorante Mozarella pizza, for example, that's 871 calories and 39g of fat.

Nicest frozen pizzas are Super Valu or Centra brand ones. I really enjoyed them and it showed. Ended up having to lose a stone weight after I had finished college due to Centra pizzas. :o

I had one today but it was one of the fresh "home made" ones from the deli and was much smaller than the frozen ones.

I was having pizza for dinner one day and my mam was having those chicken fillets with stuffing and rashers around them that you can get in a container. Two of those chicken things had almost the same amount of calories as the full pizza!

+1, the portion sizes quoted would leave a toddler go hungry!

Sure a chocolate cake is only 2 kcal per slice, if you slice it up small enough!

Most weightwatcher foods are not particularly low in kcal, they are just small portions.

    SHouldn't have read this.
Haven't had an unhealthy meal in months and now I'm craving a goodfellas.

Going to buy a steak later to get me through.

A quarter pizza slice wouldnt fill me. Someone else would want to come around quick and eat the other three slices before I would demolish them- why I try to avoid pizza. I love it and just don't know when to stop!
