Removing External Wall Paint

    Hi,

We are going painting our house externally. The house is approximatley 35 years old with numerous layers of white paint. We want to remove these layers before adding a new layer as it has been bubbling off the wall in patches. A primer was never used so we want to get it right the next time.

We are wondering what is the best way to remove numerous paint layers? Just to note, we dont have a smooth rendered house, it has a rough bumpy plastered appearence.

Any help or tips would be great, thanks!
