I have a technical issue with my Sky+ box and the options given to resolve it involve wiping all my current recordings !

Is it possible to transfer my recording to a separate hard drive ? or

Is it possible to transfer current recordings from one Sky Box to another replacement Sky Box ?

You can certainly save them to a dvd or even a video. Hook the recorder up to trhe sky box. Tune the Sky signal into the recorder. You will gave to play the Sky+ recording & record it on the recorder. There is no fast way oif doing it.

or you could use copy +

you still need the sky box to decode the programs though.

handy if you want to increase the capacity of your box without loosing all your recordings..
