    Hey guys,

Recently started timing my runs so I can measure my progress and set targets.

I play hurling and want to keep a good level of fitness.

I am currently running 7.5k a few times a week but what would be considered a reasonable time?

30-35mins would be a good time.

Obviously its a personal thing though. Whatever you can do is your time. Try and improve on that and forget about a "good" time.
