Has anyone had experience of these guys?

I had my house registered with them in 2010 when I rented it out for 11 months before working abroad. Everything went fine but now that I'm no longer renting out they still have me registered as a "Landlord".

    This cannot be undone apparently

They are obliged to retain a certain amount of information.

This is important if you want to write off the expenses you incurred in the year.

No registration means you pay more in tax.

    Thanks Vic.

Just wondering though..how does not registering mean more paid in tax?

    Not tax related.
