Social Anxiety Disorder

    Hey does anyone here suffer from Social Anxiety Disorder? Only recently discovered i've had it all my life but previously had put it down to nerves. I'm now debating hypnosis to hopefully cure me. Anyone have on thoughts or experience with hypnosis for treating social anxiety disorder?

    I do too yeah. Mostly when having to speak infront of a group. Have never done anything about it though

    Would love to hear how this went for OP as its something im considering myself. Anyone hear of the Bateson Clinic http://www.batesonclinic.ie/. Any feedback would be appreciated
