    Hi,

    Would somebody be able to advise the approximate cost of getting a survey done on a 3 bed house by a good building surveyor.

    It can cost anything from €300-700 plus VAT depending on who you use.

    If you just want a standard visual condition survey it will be at the lower end. A full structural survey would be at the higher end
