Its been two weeks and a few days ,since i brought everything to motor tax office ...They say it ill take from 5 to 10 working days and ill get it by post . My question , how long does it normally take (i mean really ,its not 5-10 working days as i see)

What council was it, I've heard of it taking weeks with some councils. Dublin City Council only took about 3 days when my brother got his a few weeks ago.
