It's on the Newtown Road, approx 1 mile outside the town as you head out to the New Ross Road. It is basically opposite the racecourse if you know where that is.

Where are you heading from?

AA Route Planner has Selskar to Carriglawn on the Newtown Road at 1.82km, which is 1.13 miles
