Cheap AMD build, overclocker, advise please

Well folks just about to push the button on these components.
the processor seems like a good deal for the money and the board is supposedly a good overclocker. Can anyone see any problems here?

I'd look at the phenom 965 or the FX 8120 if you want the best value AMD CPUs at the moment. Not everywhere sells them at proportional prices, but there are good deals to be had with them. E.g., €25 for double the cores with the 8120 on komplett.

Komplett are expensive for RAM, buy it on memoryc.com

Board is okay, but you can get the same for cheaper if you look around. Some good asrock boards in that region. Not everyone stocks them though. Hardwareversand usually have a good selection, if you're willing to buy from them. Scan and dabs started stocking them as well, iirc.
