Night Meter- time incorrect

I have storage heaters in my apartment and they are turning on during the day to charge rather than at night as they used to. I presume there is a timing problem with my meter? If so, how do I go about getting some help with this? I am afraid that my bills are going to skyrocket because I'm using daytime units. Thanks
