Sound advice for how to deal with new girl?

Things have moved very very quickly between myself and a girl I met 4/5 weeks ago.

We really opened up to each other after only a few meetings, It felt perfect and right in every way. I asked her to trust me for not being out for one thing...which was and is true. Things went amazingly well for the few weeks that followed.

However this week especially I have been feeling a bit trapped by our situation but feel I am equally to blame for it - for maybe helping her to feel possibly too comfortable in the relationship with each other. Maybe we have seen a little too much too soon and basically we seem to have entered into an exclusive relationship pretty much boyfriend/girlfriend.We agreed last week not to date anyone else which was only fair to see what would happen but I'm now finding myself overcome with it all.

I need to be brutally honest here to get sound advice. I'm not afraid of commitment, I've had several relationships - Rather I think I'm afraid of becoming too involved with someone without first being able to find out if they are right for me long term.

    I'm 31 and she is 29.

Has anyone got any advice? I'm trying to just relax about it all but I'm really afraid right now as though Ive been down this road before.

But what's the worst that can happen? In two months time, if it's not working for you then just tell her. It's fine to become exclusive quickly but it doesn't mean you have to marry her. Enjoy it for as long as you enjoy it.

i know the feeling. this often has happened to me in the past and its not like you can put the brakes on it if the relationships gone that way naturally. theres nothing really you can do about this just keep going with it and see if it works out. you could just sit down with her and decide that you should keep at least 2 days of the week to see each others friends and another day to see family so that you are not both living in each others pockets all week. secondly i think its good for people in relationships to have hobbies and interests in their spare time, for example if you were part of a martial arts club you would have to train 2 evenings a week and so you would look forward to seeing the girlfriend when you were not training.
