South Armagh Warrior Triathlon 30th Sept

Anyone do this before? Strongly thinking of doing this; the swim looks daunting as it's a lake swim which I haven't done before. Wouldn't mind some advice from someone who's done it before; I'm thinking of close to an hour to complete swim.
Also, what would the temperature be like compared to the sea for example?

Couldn't find any results from last year, maybe cause it was free...
