So then the rash decision by the editor to print Duchess Kate pix without consulting the board seems to backfired big time. I don't buy this rag so I'll need some help - how much of a typical edition is material from the UK edition? I'm assuming pretty much all the football bar LOI is and a large part of the "celebrity"…
