Limited Edition packs of 6 + 2 Free for 11.49 at Boots. Bought these in Limerick today so probably a nationwide offer.

They're cheaper in Tesco €9 something.

Ain't that just the way! Was in Tesco but never thought to look there because they were more expensive than Boots last time he needed them. Ah well, what can you do?

To be honest they give a pretty poor shave. I wouldn't waste money on them again. I got the 5 blade one and I found that the blades didn't give a close shave and I would have to go over the same area a few times. Also if your beard was any bit long the blades would tug on it. In fairness to them I'd say its impossible to cut yourself with them but that's their only plus.

OH was also using the 5 blade version, but these are only 4 blades. He used the new blade this morning and found it to be better. Of course, shaving is a personal choice and I, as a mere woman, wouldn't begin to understand the finer points of male grooming :D

2 years worth of blades for a tenner - that's a bargain not 8 blades for a tenner. Send you OH over the the shaving forum for an education and then get him (her) to spend the money saved on you!

Now THAT sounds like a plan!

I have been using the four blade for years and then the five when it came out.Almost impossible to cut yourself I would not change for another brand.
