Today my sony xperia s started acting up.
-its slow to react to screen touches
-doesnt hold the time, its been stuck on 6.42 for the last 6min for example
-takes ages after i press on a contact to call them
    -cant factory reset
-cant back up and restore from laptop
-restarting does not fix any of these problems
-also the hard reset dosent fix the problems

Ive done searches for virus and avg and lookout says its ok.

Any ideas on how to fix this.

Can you take out the battery?

No battery is not removable. I think you can do a hard reset by pressing the power button and volume up key. Ive done this and problems still persist
