Every other week it seems that the pump prices rise by one or two pence; occasionally you see a staggering jump like the nearest station to me jumping sixpence over night on Diesel a couple of weeks ago (others rose just one or two pence by contrast).

It's been a non-stop rise for the last couple of years, with the only significant drop this year being the price war that the supermarkets engaged in forcing everyone else to drop their prices to match. That all ended about a month ago and then without fail; rise rise rise.
