i guess these questions have been asked lots of times but there seems to be a very knowledgeable bunch here so here goes

so i know we need a saorview box but we want to keep the freeviw which i understand is changing too?
what box do i get ?

how is it plugged into tv ? as tv is on the wall with only scart and aerial feed to it
