Is anyone here going to live in Schoolhouse Court? My son was due to move in their this Saturday but due to a problem with some of the summer tenants not moving out till the following week so he is going to stay in Botanic for the week.

Anyone else in the same situation?

You are lucky, my son has to stay where he is for another few days. :-(

Not in the same situation as your son, but I lived in Schoolhouse Court last year and it was lovely. The flats were warm and comfortable and the overall experience was very hassle-free. Bills being included makes life very easy, and if there's ever a problem it's fixed instantly. Last year my shower broke so I emailed KPM and within twenty minutes there was someone up fixing it. Jimmy the caretaker is the loveliest man too, and he looks out for everyone who lives there. I'd recommend it to anyone. The only problem is the price :P

He is not going to be moving in until Monday coming but fair play to them they are not charging him for staying in Botanic for the 2 weeks.

Glad to hear you had a good experience their Tigerblob, can't wait to see it.

Not sure but give them a ring and see. They are lovely to deal with. If you cant get a place there, the place he is staying at the moment is also run by them and is not bad, its on botanic road.
