    ok after tonnes of googling images i found it:

    In Kenya lies Lake Turkana, the world’s largest alkaline lake. This is the Nabuyatom Crater, a geological marvel of that lake. It’s a caldera–the remnants of a collapsed volcano" - copy and pasted from the internet !

    Looks more like a cinder cone - similar structures inside a big caldera in the Azores.
